Borough resident Patrick C. O’Donnell (Ward 1) was appointed Chester County Commissioner to complete Andy Dinniman’s term of office. Pat was previously elected Commissioner in 1980, coincidentally the same year the late Senator Robert J. Thompson was also elected Commissioner.
