The West Chester Democratic Committee represents Zone 9 of the Chester County Democratic Committee (CCDC) and consists of two Committeepersons for each of the eight Precincts (seven Wards, with one having double representation) in the Borough of West Chester.
Committee members are elected by Democratic voters in each precinct at the gubernatorial primary every four years, May 2010, May 2014, etc. Members who resign between elections are replaced by appointment.
The Committee is always eager to receive comments and suggestions from any borough resident, regardless of party affiliation; Democrats are welcome at our monthly meetings.
